Reshoot Policy

Client satisfaction is very important to us. Therefore, in the unlikely event that you are not pleased with the results of your photo shoot, we will gladly provide a one-time reshoot, free of charge, under the following conditions:

A) Your hair and make-up styling for your original photo shoot was done by one of our professional make-up artists.

B) Your wardrobe selections were approved by Melanie at the time of the original photo shoot.

In circumstances where you are happy, but your agent is unhappy with the results:

C) Your agent must have consulted with Melanie prior to the original shoot.
